Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for any return, replacement, or claim, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
The video should:
Show the parcel before opening
Clearly display the shipping label
Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
Clearly show the received product(s)
Claims Without Unboxing Video
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns, replacements, or missing/wrong item claims without a valid unboxing video.
